Are you having trouble getting connected to your online tutoring session? Below is a list of FAQs to help. If you cannot find the solution to your problem in the FAQs, use the chatbox below to contact us. 

  • I did not receive an email with the Zoom link for my session.

    • The emails are sent automatically through our scheduling software. Sometimes these ​emails get filtered to your junk mail folders. Check your other email folders.

    • If you still cannot find the email, contact us using the chat box below.

  • After clicking my Zoom link, I have to enter a password. I did not have to enter a password in the past. Why do I need a password now?

    • For security purposes, Zoom meetings now require a password.

  • Where do I find the password for my Zoom meeting?

    • The email with your Zoom link should also include your password. Check your email for the password. 

    • If you cannot find your password in your email, contact us using the chat box below. 

  • When I click the Zoom link, I get a message saying, "Waiting for Host to Start the Meeting."

    • As an extra safety precaution, Zoom has enabled a "Waiting Room" feature. 

    • If you receive a message that says, "Waiting for Host to Start the Meeting," please wait for your tutor to admit into your Zoom meeting. Your tutor is likely setting up for your session.

    • If you are waiting for more than five minutes for your tutor, contact us using the chat box below.
